The company Budowa Organów Przenośnych Maksymilian Święch was established in 2018 in Poznań and is a continuation of my activity in the field of organ building, which has been ongoing since 2012. In 2020, the organ building workshop was relocated from Poznań to Mysłowice (Silesia, Poland).

My product is a variety of professional portable pipe organs built on the basis of historical prototypes and constructed based on the rules of traditional organ building. The feature that distinguishes my brand’s instruments on the international market is the unique sound obtained from naturally compressed air with bellows (organs without electricity used everywere).

With my offer I I go out to cathedrals, offering them portable choir organs for scholæ cantorum, necessary to celebrate the most important liturgical celebrations at a pan-European level, to philharmonics, opera houses, other cultural institutions, choirs, chamber, early and vocal ensembles with instruments adapted to their needs, to organists specializing in liturgical and concert music, especially those working in the historical performance of organ music, other musicians playing keyboard instruments and all those who dream of having a small organ for home use.

My education and comprehensive knowledge of musical performance practice allow me to take the right perspective on the instruments I build and contribute to a better understanding of the needs of my clients. The workshop organized within the walls of the former family fabric and clothing factory allows me to work in peace and without rush. Regular modernization of the technical facilities gives me the opportunity for free and unrestricted development and ensures the possibility of constantly improving the quality of my products. The conditions I have secured for work, a clearly defined business profile and the goals that guide me mean that the organs leaving my workshop have high aesthetic value, are authentic, refined and exactly what I would want for myself. My experience is over twenty instruments built.
